Kayaking and Yoga

I have been taking yoga classes for about 4 years now, and practicing even more seriously over the last year by going to 5 or 6 classes a week. I think it is going to greatly benefit my kayaking this season. My strength, balance, and flexibility have improved a lot over the last several months and I’m eager to get on the water and feel the difference.
